About the Role
We're seeking a talented ML Engineer to join our AI/ML team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models and systems that solve complex business problems.
As a senior member of our ML team, you'll have the opportunity to lead machine learning initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to our technical roadmap. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning based solutions for production environments
- Build scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure for data processing, model training, and inference
- Optimize machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Implement MLOps practices including model monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining
- Research and evaluate new ML techniques, frameworks, and technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines using ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex, unstructured problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role
